An Automated Value Report, or AVR, is designed to help you obtain a preliminary estimate of your home's value for purposes of helping you decide to sell or buy a home.  AVR provides extensive property and market information, including a statistically derived estimate of market value calculated using three commonly accepted valuation methods, in a convenient, easy-to-read report.  You will receive up to 3 years of sales transaction history for the subject property, mortgage and assessment details and up to 5 recent sales transactions, which have been selected solely on the basis of proximity to the subject property.

The AVR uses data that is obtained from numerous public documents, Multiple Listing Services, and government offices.  Our database is updated regularly with new assessment and sales information to ensure that you keep pace with the latest sales and market trends.   Each report includes information about the subject property, comparable sales and listed properties selected by the real estate professional and an assessment of subject property marketability.  Report results will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

Automated Value Reports are available for most residential properties in Massachusetts.
